We take most major insurance plans. Feel free to call with any concerns you may have about your insurance policy and we can verify your coverage. If you have any questions regarding your plan we can look into it for you as well as provide any contact information if you need assistance.

You will not need to obtain a referral to be seen in our clinic other than Tri-West Insurance plan.

Your co-pay and deductible will be calculated when you come in for care, and payment is due at time of service. Thank you!

We do not push expensive care plans where you pay for all visits up front. We allow you to pay for each visit at an affordable rate at time of service. However, If you do want to pay for a package of visits up front we do offer a discount.
